Beaubian Espinoza Psychiatry provides telehealth services in compliance with applicable state and federal laws. Services are available only to patients located in states where the provider is licensed at the time of service. By engaging in telehealth care, you acknowledge and agree that telehealth has limitations compared to in-person evaluation and treatment, and that not all conditions may be appropriately diagnosed or treated via telehealth. The prescribing of controlled substances (including stimulants and benzodiazepines) is at the sole discretion of the provider and subject to state and federal regulations.
